Why? Production costs. The game has hundreds of hours of motion-captured dialogue. Dubbing into Slavic languages was deemed too expensive.
Workaround: On PC, modders have created unofficial voice packs that replace the German audio (since the Nazis speak German frequently) with Russian, but these require manual file swapping and violate Steam’s TOS.

Choose your desired language from the dropdown menu. Steam will automatically download the necessary language pack.

Some languages (like Dutch or Turkish) only have subtitle support. You cannot get Dutch dubbing for BJ. Check the Steam store page under "Languages" to see which lines have "Full Audio" support.

The German Pack: Removes swastikas, Hitler’s mustache, and alters certain imagery to be legally compliant in Germany.
