• Stock Summary (current quantity, value, average cost)
• Slow-moving / Non-moving items (based on days since last sale)
• Expiry Report (list batch expiring in next 30/60/90 days)

Section 4: Reporting and Dashboards

1. Navigate to Inventory > Item Maintenance.
2. Click "New" to add a product.
3. Fill in the details:
   • On each workstation → File → Change Database
   • Enter server IP, port 3306, username, password
   • License count must match number of concurrent users
