5. Troubleshooting Common Issues

Cause:

Deadzone calibration missing. Solution: Go to joy.cpl → Properties → Settings → Calibrate. Follow the wizard. For persistent drift, use JoyTok (a small utility) to set a 10-15% deadzone.

1. Locate Setup.exe in the driver folder.
2. Right-click → Run as Administrator.
3. Follow the wizard. When prompted, select "Install for all users."
4. Connect the U-706 controller. Windows will detect it as "DragonRise USB Joystick."
