The is typically distributed as an "All In One" (AIO) package, though it may require specific update files like V2.1 for the latest winter transfers.
- Publisher Status: Konami (the publisher) has moved entirely away from the "PES" branding to eFootball, a free-to-play title. They do not support PES 2019 officially anymore.
- Legality: Distributing the "Full" game files (the entire game including the .exe) is generally considered copyright infringement. However, distributing the mod files (patches) alone is a grey area, often tolerated provided the user owns the original game.
- Warning: Downloading a "Full" version usually means downloading a pirated copy of PES 2019 pre-installed with the mod.
