- Cause: Windows Driver Signature Enforcement or a bad USB cable.
- Fix: Uninstall the driver. Boot Windows into "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" mode. Reinstall the driver. Alternatively: Use a USB 2.0 port, not USB 3.1/3.2. The G5 is finicky with blue ports.
