NX 12 Mold Wizard Library (Standard Parts Library) is not included in the base installation of NX because of its large file size. You must download it separately as an add-on module to access standard mold bases, ejector pins, and cooling components. Official Download Source Licensed users can download the library directly from the Siemens Support Center with your WebKey credentials. Navigate to from the version list. Look for the Tooling Design

  1. Open NX 12.
  2. Start a new model file or open an existing part.
  3. Go to Application → Mold Wizard (or type MOLDWIZARD in the command finder).
  4. Initialize a project (use any simple core/cavity part).
  5. Click on Mold Base icon.
  6. If you see a selection dialog with drop-downs for supplier (e.g., HASCO, DME), mold type, and size – success!
