- Install Phoenix or Nokia Best Flash and required drivers.
- Disconnect battery, connect the USB cable to PC and phone.
- Launch flashing tool, select RM-635 as product.
- Load flash files – MCUSW, PPM, CNT (or combined file depending on tool).
- Select firmware options – Normal or Dead USB flashing mode.
- Click Flash – Do not disconnect until completion.
- After flashing, perform a hard reset (sometimes required):
