NetPractice - Complete Survival Guide

1. Do the levels in order. Level 10 requires everything from levels 1-9.
2. Use binary for masks > /24. Do not rely on decimal alone.
3. Check every interface twice. One typo in an IP address fails the whole level.
4. Don't forget the return route. A packet can go A→B, but if B has no route to A, the ping fails.
5. Restart mentally. If you are stuck, clear the level, redraw the diagram on paper, and trace paths with a highlighter.
