Availability and Supported Languages

Mastercam language packs allow users to transition the software's user interface and documentation from the default English into various local languages. These packs are separate installations or modifications to an existing Mastercam instance and are essential for international shops where native-language terminology improves workflow efficiency.

1. Language Pack Installer – Standalone .msi or via Mastercam Update Manager, ~15–30 MB per pack.
2. Translation Database – JSON-based key-value pairs with context IDs (e.g., toolpath.pocket.rough).
3. Dynamic Resource Loader – Replaces strings in WPF/XAML forms without recompiling.
4. Post Processor Localizer – Maps common post strings (M codes, G codes, warning text) to localized equivalents.
