Navigate into the extracted folder and locate Flash.exe (or Flash8.exe).
Right-click it → Properties → Compatibility tab.

Check "Disable fullscreen optimizations".
Check "Change high DPI settings" → "Override high DPI scaling behavior" → select Application (this fixes tiny UI on 4K monitors).
Click OK.
