ISO 14644 is a multi-part standard for cleanrooms and associated controlled environments. (officially titled “Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments — Part 3: Test methods” ) specifies the testing procedures to prove that a cleanroom meets the required classification ISO 14644-1.
