- Go to Analyze > Descriptive Statistics > Frequencies.
- Move the variable(s) you want to analyze from the left box to the right box using the arrow button.
- Click the Statistics button to check Mean, Median, Mode, Std. Deviation.
- Click the Charts button to select Bar Charts or Histograms.
- Click OK.
- Left Pane (Outline): A table of contents for your analysis. You can click items here to jump to them or delete them.
- Right Pane (Results): Shows your tables and charts.
- Exporting: To save your results as a Word or PDF document, go to File > Export in the Output window.
