By default, Hitman: World of Assassination (Hitman 3) does not allow you to complete challenges or earn mastery unlocks while offline. To bypass this restriction on PC, you must use community-created tools like or specific Offline Unlocks mods . Option 1: The Peacock Project (Recommended)

1. Back up your original save. Copy the entire IO Interactive folder to your desktop.
2. Download Peacock v6.2+ from the official GitHub repository (avoid sketchy re-upload sites).
3. Extract the Peacock folder to C:\Peacock\.
4. Run Start Server.cmd as administrator.
5. Edit your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) and add:

   127.0.0.1 game.hitman.io
   127.0.0.1 marketplace-service.hitman.io
   

6. Launch Hitman 3 normally. The game will connect to your local fake server.
7. Open Peacock’s console (the black window). Type: giveall unlockables
8. Press Enter. You will see hundreds of unlock notifications flash on screen.
9. Save your game once online (fake online). Then exit.
10. Now disconnect your actual internet. Launch Hitman 3 again. It will attempt to connect to Peacock (still running locally) and load all items.
