Heart Problems Version 0.7 〈Limited〉
The version 0.7 update, released around December 2022 to January 2023, primarily focused on expanding character-specific story arcs and environmental interactions.
"Heart Problems Version 0.7" describes a world where we no longer view the heart in isolation. It is a period of refining our datasets—like the UCI Heart Disease Data —and moving toward a more holistic, data-driven, and patient-centered "Version 1.0" of cardiovascular health. Heart Problems Version 0.7
- Symptoms: Chest tightness with exertion, normal angiogram.
- Why it’s 0.7: Older versions (0.1–0.5) assumed that if major arteries were clean, the heart was fine. Version 0.7 acknowledges that the small vessels (microvasculature) can spasm or become dysfunctional. But most ERs still run the old diagnostic protocol.
- Patch: Cardiac MRI or invasive acetylcholine challenge—procedures that are not first-line. Many patients are told, "It’s all in your head."
Bug #0.7.2: The Inflammation Memory Leak (Microvascular Disease)
He mentions this to his primary care doctor. The doctor orders an ECG—normal. A treadmill test—James stops at 9 minutes due to leg fatigue, not chest pain. The test is interpreted as "negative." The version 0
2.1 The "Patchy" Palpitation
- A few hundred PVCs (premature beats) per day are background noise.
- Sustained tachycardia (>30 seconds) above 150 bpm is a system error.
- Use a KardiaMobile or Apple Watch ECG to document the rhythm during symptoms. Data is evidence.
- Dizziness Glitch: Standing up too quickly triggers a vision desaturation and vertigo glitch that can last several seconds.
- Stamina Drain: The battery life on this build is terrible. Simple tasks that required 10% stamina in previous builds now drain 40-50%, forcing the user into extended "Rest" modes to recharge.
