Identify your iGPU:

Reboot. Your monitor will now be treated as a "Built-in Display" with hardcoded timings.
- Test the cable and monitor: Boot into Windows or Linux. Does HDMI work there? Yes? Good. Your hardware is fine. No? You have a BIOS issue or a dead port.
- Boot with
agdpmod=pikera: (For AMD Navi cards like 5000/6000 series). Add this to your boot-args. If the screen turns on, you have a board-id issue.
- Check
gfxutil: Run gfxutil -f HDMI in terminal. If nothing returns, macOS doesn't see the physical port.
- Check Hackintool: Look at the "Connectors" tab. Do you see an entry for HDMI or a pink icon that says
