GW-X7 Mouse Software — Overview, Features, and Setup

The GW-X7 software allows users to bridge the gap between basic plug-and-play functionality and advanced competitive gaming.

1. Update firmware: Check the manufacturer’s website for a Firmware_Update.bin file. Run it only if you experience disconnections.
2. Surface tuning: If your software has a "Surface Calibration" tab, run it on your specific mousepad.
3. Disable angle snapping: In the software settings, turn off "Angle Snapping" or "Prediction" unless you are drawing straight lines. It ruins flick shots in FPS games.
4. Export your profile: After spending an hour setting macros, use the "Export" button to save a .cfg file to your cloud drive. If Windows crashes, you won't lose your setup.
