Automatic Setup:
Your computer should recognize the controller as soon as you plug it in via USB. The Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX Go to product
For Windows (7, 8, 10, 11):
A dedicated ASIO driver is required to achieve low latency and access the controller’s built-in audio interface (sound card) correctly. Windows does not natively include a low-latency audio driver for this device. Go to Preferences
- Go to Preferences.
- Under Audio Output, select the Numark ASIO driver.
- Ensure “Split Cue” or “Headphone Output” is routed correctly.
