The most significant shift in Dino Crisis 2 is the gameplay loop. In the first game, ammunition was scarce, and avoiding enemies was often the best strategy. In the sequel, avoiding enemies is impossible, and ammunition is plentiful—because you are expected to kill everything that moves.
Moreover, a PC release would allow the game to reach a wider audience, including fans of the genre who may have missed out on the game during its initial release. The game's graphics and sound design hold up surprisingly well, even by today's standards, making it a great addition to any gaming library.
