Revoke Existing Certificates

Sometimes old "ghost" certificates on Apple’s servers block new ones from being created. Open Cydia Impactor. Click the Xcode menu at the top. Select Revoke Certificates . Enter your Apple ID credentials and try sideloading again.

If the error persists, the Apple drivers are likely corrupted.

If the IPA file you are trying to sideload is corrupted, encrypted, or compiled for a different architecture (e.g., a simulator build), the signing process will fail. Impactor sends the file to Apple’s server for validation; if the server returns 200 OK but the payload is invalid, the assertion fails.

This is the most common cause. If your Apple ID has 2FA enabled (which most do by default now), Cydia Impactor struggles to generate an "app-specific password" automatically. While Impactor has a pop-up window for 2FA codes, the handshake often breaks, resulting in a generic assert failure with a 200 code.
