ArtCAM Pro 9.1 Installation Guide
- The Installation Files: This usually consists of a setup folder containing
setup.exeor an ISO file. - Administrator Rights: You must be logged in as an Administrator to install software and drivers.
- The HASP Key (Dongle): ArtCAM 9.1 uses a hardware security dongle (USB). The software will not run without it.
Activation:
Once installed, launch the software. You will typically be prompted for a serial number and activation code, which are found in your purchase documentation or readme.txt file.
- Run as Admin.
- If you get a "HASP not found" error, reinstall the driver in Safe Mode.
- If the interface looks tiny on a 4K monitor: Right-click desktop > Display settings > Scale to 100% before launching.
- Compatibility mode: Windows 7
- Reduced color mode: 16-bit (if colors glitch)
- Disable fullscreen optimizations (check)
- Run as administrator (check)
