2. Why isn't the default password working?

1. Connect a VGA or HDMI monitor directly to the DVR.
2. Attach a USB mouse.
3. Power on the DVR. The login screen appears.
4. Try these combinations (in order):

   Reserved Email:

   If you linked an email during setup, click "Forgot Password" → "Verify by Reserved Email" . Use the Annke Vision app to scan the QR code on your monitor, and a verification code will be sent to your email. The default password for an Annke DN81R DVR

   If you cannot answer the security questions, you must contact Annke Support to receive a one-time "Super Password".
