Is my printer to scale? When printing the PDF, ensure "Scale to Fit" is OFF. Print a 1-inch test square on the first page. Measure it. If it is 0.98", your cuts will be off by inches.
Do I have a router? You cannot build a 4-player cab with just a jigsaw. You need a router with a flush trim bit to make the two side panels identical.
